Artisans

We are both an artists’ collective (Ojai Artisans) and a gift shop exclusively selling local products (Ojai Mercantile.) Everyone who works in our shop is one of our 36 member artists, so you’ll always get the chance to meet one of us in person. Every two hours all week long, a different member takes over, so stop in and visit a few times.

Our Artisan members are artists in many media, creating everything from fine art and prints, to pottery, to handmade teddy bears,  gemstone jewelry and so much more. On the Mercantile side, we feature local olive oils, teas, lavender lotions, jellies, local honey, fine handmade soaps and skincare products, as well as books and music by local talent, and yes, even hula hoops!

A trip to Made In Ojai is a must when you visit the Valley, and if you live here, it’s the perfect place to shop for yourself, or to bring a piece of Ojai with you when you travel. Since everything in the store is created locally, by shopping with us, you support the whole community. Thank you for your support.
